This is taken directly out of your salary monthly before tax and NI, so you will be paying less on the product overall and less tax/NI too. Enjoy benefits is broken down into 6 different benefits:

Health Assured EAP

Employee Assistance Programme - This is a well being service designed to give everyone 24/7 support should they need it. This service includes counselling, employee advice for things like tax, a trauma recovery service and many more features which can all be utilized for free! The initial service is over the phone/online service however, face to face meetings can be arranged where clinically appropriate.
